Special Weather Statement issued November 8 at 5:45PM EST by NWS Melbourne FL

At 543 PM EST, Doppler radar was tracking squalls over portions of
Volusia and Seminole county, or near Deltona, moving southwest at 35
mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Deltona, Daytona Beach, Port Orange, Sanford and Titusville.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with the passing squalls and
may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through
flooded roadways.
