Special Weather Statement issued November 9 at 2:42AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
Southeast winds of 5 to 15 mph with gusts up to 15 mph can be
expected today. In addition, low relative humidity will occur
once again. These conditions combined with dry vegetation will
result in another day of elevated fire danger today.
Any fires that start could spread and become out of control. Due
to these conditions, outdoor burning is not recommended.
