Dense Fog Advisory issued November 25 at 4:23AM EST until November 25 at 9:00AM EST by NWS Melbourne FL
* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
* WHERE...Inland Volusia, Northern Lake, Orange, Seminole,
Coastal Volusia and Southern Lake Counties.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM this morning.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Recent surface observations, satellite
imagery and traffic cameras show areas of dense fog were
reducing visibilities to one quarter mile or less across the
advisory area, especially from Interstate 4 northward.
If you will be out driving early this morning, you may want to
plan on leaving early, in order to give yourself plenty of time
to safely reach y our destination. When driving in dense fog,
reduce your speed, use only your low beam headlights, and leave
plenty of distance between your vehicle and the one ahead of you.
