Special Weather Statement issued November 27 at 3:06PM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA

At 305 PM EST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles southeast of Guys Mills to Moon
Township to near Washington. Movement was northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Pittsburgh, Mount Lebanon, Ross Township, McCandless Township,
Cranberry, Moon Township, Butler, Franklin Park, Oil City, Franklin,
Clarion, and Kittanning.

This includes the following highways...
Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 24 and 48.
Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 54 and 95.
Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 25 and 78.
Parkway North between mile markers 1 and 13.
Interstate 376 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 57 and 71.
