At 212 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were
located along a line extending from 24 nm east of Saint Augustine
Beach to 7 nm southwest of Marineland to 34 nm southwest of Palm
Coast, moving east at 35 knots.
Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
