High Wind Watch issued December 22 at 3:02AM EST until December 24 at 7:00AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 60 mph
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio. Portions of northwest,
southwest, and western Pennsylvania. Portions of northern and the
northern panhandle of West Virginia.
* WHEN...From late tonight through Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
