Frost Advisory issued January 15 at 1:04PM EST until January 16 at 8:00AM EST by NWS Melbourne FL
* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 33 to 38 degrees will result in
frost formation.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Florida.
* WHEN...From 2 AM to 8 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if
left uncovered.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Along the barrier islands of east central
Florida, frost is generally not expected. However, could see
some patchy frost along this portion of the immediate coast
where low temperatures can fall to the mid to upper 30s tonight.
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
