At 154 PM EDT, snow showers were located along a broad line
extending from Oil City to Barnesville, moving east northeast at 40
mph.
Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with these snow showers.
Locations impacted include...
Pittsburgh, Mount Lebanon, Bethel Park, Ross Township, Wheeling,
McCandless Township, Cranberry, Moon Township, New Castle, McMurray,
Weirton, and Steubenville.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 70 in Ohio between mile markers 183 and 225.
Interstate 70 in West Virginia between mile markers 0 and 14.
Interstate 70 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 25.
Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 1 and 46.
Interstate 77 in Ohio between mile markers 18 and 30, and between
mile markers 35 and 38.
Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 27 and 138.
Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 85.
Parkway North between mile markers 1 and 13.
Interstate 376 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 74.
Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations. Be
prepared for snow or ice covered roads. Slow down and allow extra
time when traveling.
