Special Weather Statement issued March 28 at 6:52AM EDT by NWS Melbourne FL
At 650 AM, surface observations, satellite imagery, and traffic
cameras, showed patchy fog, locally dense, spreading across
northern Volusia County including Ormond Beach, Lake George, and
over to Deland. Visibility reductions to one quarter mile are
possible.
If you will be out driving on the roads, prepare to encounter
rapid reductions in visibility due to dense fog. Slow down, use
your low beam headlights, and leave plenty of driving distance
between your car and the one in front of you.
Fog will gradually dissipate by mid to late morning.
