Red Flag Warning issued May 3 at 2:53AM EDT until May 3 at 8:00PM EDT by NWS Melbourne FL

The National Weather Service in Melbourne has issued a Red Flag
Warning, which is in effect from noon today to 8 PM EDT this
evening. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.



* AFFECTED AREA...Volusia, Lake, Seminole, Orange, Brevard, and
Osceola counties.

* WINDS...West 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Minimum values of 25 to 35 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any new or existing fires will be capable of rapid
spread.

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now....or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
