At 311 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots, approaching the Intracoastal
and nearshore Atlantic waters of Volusia and Brevard counties. These
thunderstorms were moving east at 15 to 20 knots.

Additional thunderstorms are expected to develop over central and
northern Brevard counties as the east and west coast sea breezes
collide. Mariners should be prepared to seek port soon.

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
