The National Weather Service in Melbourne has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...

Volusia-Brevard County Line to Sebastian Inlet 0-20 nm...
Volusia-Brevard County Line to Sebastian Inlet 20-60 nm...

* Until 530 PM EDT.

* At 335 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Daytona Beach in Volusia County to near
Orlando in Orange County, moving east at 20 to 25 knots. An
outflow boundary well ahead of these storms was producing wind
gusts in excess of 34 knots. Additional thunderstorms capable of
producing strong wind gusts are likely to form over the next hour
or so in Brevard County as the east and west coast sea breezes
collide.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher
waves, lightning and heavy downpours. Make sure all on
board are wearing life jackets. Return to safe harbor if
possible.

* Locations impacted include...
Port Saint John, Lagrange, Mims, Bellwood and Playalinda Beach.

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.

Seek safe shelter, mariners can expect gusty winds and increasing
waves.
