Flood Watch issued August 12 at 8:54PM EDT until August 13 at 2:00AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, including the following
area, Jefferson OH. Portions of Pennsylvania, including the
following areas, Allegheny, Butler, Higher Elevations of
Westmoreland, Washington and Westmoreland. Portions of West
Virginia, including the following areas, Brooke, Hancock and Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain will continue for a few
more hours from southeast Ohio to southwest Pennsylvania.
