Special Weather Statement issued September 11 at 8:39AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
Areas of dense fog will limit visibilities to a quarter of a mile
or less in some areas this morning, especially in the river
valleys. Use caution if traveling, and be prepared for rapid
changes in visibility. Conditions should improve after 9 AM as
the fog begins to dissipate.
