Southern Venango County in northwestern Pennsylvania...
Northwestern Washington County in southwestern Pennsylvania...
Southeastern Lawrence County in western Pennsylvania...
Butler County in west central Pennsylvania...
Northwestern Allegheny County in southwestern Pennsylvania...
Northwestern Jefferson County in west central Pennsylvania...
Northwestern Armstrong County in west central Pennsylvania...
Clarion County in west central Pennsylvania...

* Until 730 AM EST.

* At 647 AM EST, a hazardous snow squall was located along a line
extending from 10 miles southeast of Tionesta to 6 miles southeast
of Slippery Rock to near Weirton, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Intense bursts of heavy snow. Gusty winds leading to
blowing snow and rapidly falling visibility. Wind gusts
greater than 35 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous
within minutes.

This includes the following highways...
Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 14 and 42.
Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 54 and 105.
Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 30 and 76.
Parkway North between mile markers 3 and 13.
Interstate 376 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 31 and 66.

Locations impacted include...
Pittsburgh, Ross Township, McCandless Township, Cranberry, Moon
Township, Weirton, Butler, Franklin Park, Aliquippa, Beaver Falls,
Monaca, Clarion, Marienville, Knox, Rimersburg, Shaler Township,
Hampton Township, Scott Township, Robinson Township, and
Cecil-Bishop.

Slow Down! Rapid changes in visibility and road conditions are
expected with this dangerous snow squall. Be alert for sudden
whiteout conditions.

Reduce speed and turn on headlights! During snow squalls, the
visibility may suddenly drop to near zero in whiteout conditions.
