Dense Fog Advisory issued January 16 at 12:35AM EST until January 16 at 10:00AM EST by NWS Melbourne FL
* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Florida.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Observations, satellite imagery, and
traffic cameras indicate areas of fog have developed across the
area, with visibilities near to less than one quarter mile.
This dense fog is expected to expand across much of east central
Florida overnight and may linger through early this morning.
Any fog should then burn off by mid-morning Tuesday.
If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.
