Wind Chill Advisory issued January 16 at 6:00PM EST until January 17 at 9:00AM EST by NWS Melbourne FL
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 27
degrees.
* WHERE...Coastal Volusia County.
* WHEN...From 3 AM to 9 AM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if
precautions are not taken.
A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to create low wind chills. Make sure you dress
appropriately for the cold weather, including a coat, a hat and
gloves.
