Winter Weather Advisory issued January 19 at 9:26PM EST until January 20 at 10:00AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, northwest, southwest, and
western Pennsylvania, and northern and the northern panhandle of
West Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
