Wind Advisory issued February 15 at 6:47PM EST until February 16 at 1:00AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, northwest, southwest, and
western Pennsylvania, and northern and the northern panhandle of
West Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
