Flood Warning issued April 2 at 1:28PM EDT until April 2 at 5:00PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Allegheny, Butler, Armstrong and Westmoreland Counties in
western Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...Until 500 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Although rain
has ended for the next several hours, streams continue to rise due
to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 126 PM EDT, between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen,
and street flooding was reported by the public in Lower
Burrell, PA.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Penn Hills, Monroeville, Vandergrift, Apollo, Plum,
Murrysville, New Kensington, Lower Burrell, Harrison
Township, Oakmont, Arnold, Tarentum, Natrona Heights,
Springdale, Brackenridge, Delmont, Leechburg, Freeport,
Cheswick and Russellton.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
