THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF ALLANDALE, ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, APOPKA,
BITHLO, CASSELBERRY, CONWAY, DAYTONA BEACH, DELTONA, FARMTON,
HORIZON WEST, LAKE ASHBY, MULLET LAKE PARK, OSTEEN, OVIEDO,
PORT ORANGE, SANFORD, WEKIVA SPRINGS, AND WINTER SPRINGS.
