Flood Advisory issued April 14 at 11:10AM EDT until April 18 at 2:00PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA

...The Flood Advisory continues for the following rivers in
Pennsylvania...

Ohio River At Pittsburgh affecting Allegheny County.

.The flood wave has moved downstream on the Ohio river over the past
24 hours. The stage of the Ohio River at the Point has fallen below
22.0 feet an is no longer affecting the 10th street bypass.

The Ohio River at the Point in Pittsburgh remains above action stage
and is forecast to remain above action stage through Early Thursday
morning.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Ohio River at Pittsburgh.

* WHEN...Until early Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Water begins to flow onto the Monongahela
Parking Wharf.
At 19.0 feet, Water begins to flow onto the North Shore riverwalk
between the stadiums.
At 19.5 feet, The Monongahela Parking Wharf is completely flooded.
At 20.0 feet, Water is up to one foot deep in the lower areas of
the North Shore Riverwalk.
At 22.0 feet, The Tenth Street Bypass floods.
At 22.5 feet, The fountain plaza is flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:45 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 21.7 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 18.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river will fall to 19.0 feet tomorrow morning.
It will then rise to 19.2 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It
will fall to 18.9 feet early Tuesday morning. It will then
rise to 19.4 feet early Tuesday afternoon. It will fall again
and remain below flood stage.
- Action stage is 18.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
