Flood Advisory issued August 6 at 4:41PM EDT until August 6 at 7:45PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Pennsylvania, including the
following counties, east central Allegheny and west central
Westmoreland.

* WHEN...Until 745 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 441 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have
fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Pittsburgh, Penn Hills, Ross Township, McCandless Township,
Monroeville, Franklin Park, Shaler Township, Plum, West
Mifflin, North Side Pittsburgh, Baldwin, Murrysville,
Wilkinsburg, Munhall, North Versailles, Swissvale, O'hara
Township, Bellevue, Kennedy Township and West View.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
