Flood Advisory issued August 17 at 4:58PM EDT until August 17 at 8:00PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Pennsylvania, including the
following county, central Allegheny.

* WHEN...Until 800 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 458 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Pittsburgh, Penn Hills, Mount Lebanon, Bethel Park, Ross
Township, Monroeville, McKeesport, Shaler Township, Plum,
West Mifflin, North Side Pittsburgh, Baldwin, Upper St.
Clair, Scott Township, Wilkinsburg, Whitehall, South Park
Township, Robinson Township, Munhall and Jefferson Hills.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
