Winter Weather Advisory issued January 3 at 4:13AM EST until January 4 at 10:00AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations between 2 and 5 inches.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, northwest, southwest, and
western Pennsylvania, and northern and the northern panhandle of
West Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Steady snow this morning will transition to
snow showers and possible squalls this afternoon.
