Cold Weather Advisory issued January 20 at 5:15AM EST until January 22 at 1:00PM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 23 below zero.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, northwest, southwest, and
western Pennsylvania, and northern and the northern panhandle of
West Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
