Special Weather Statement issued January 31 at 8:48AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
Areas of fog, locally dense, can be expected through this
afternoon. Visibilities will be reduced to a quarter mile or less
in some spots. Use caution if traveling and be alert for rapid
changes in visibility. Visibility will begin to gradually improve
through the afternoon and evening.
