Special Weather Statement issued October 26 at 6:40AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
River valley fog is ongoing across much of the area this morning,
with visibilities as low as one-quarter of a mile or less in
localized areas.
Motorists should be prepared for rapidly fluctuating and locally
poor visibility, especially along area rivers and their
tributaries. Visibility will gradually improve as fog lifts by
mid-morning.
