Description
Notifications will now be able to be edited. This goes through the same wizard process as seen when creating with a few differences and nuances:
1. If this is a scheduled notification, you can change all settings except for the account (From).
2. If this is a live notification, you cannot change any of the settings.
Note: “Settings” refers to From, Category, Recipients, and Urgency.
